Executive Director, Mr.Glen Williams talks to youth about making good choices and life changes. His dedication to eliminating youth’s involvement in gangs and drugs comes from the heart and experience.
Today, he is known as “Big Poppa” to countless youth and adults. He and wife, Kyiel publish One Step to Life Magazine, a monthly publication that is used as a medium to reach out into every corner of the Mahoning Valley as well as Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, where the magazine is also in demand.

MISSION STATEMENT One Life To Life’s mission is to meet the needs of at-risk children, youth and their families who live primarily in the inner city by walking a steady path of encouragement to actively participate in community activities related to volunteer work, non-violent activities, job training, economic opportunities, sports and by coming together as a whole to support each other through positive and negative experiences.
One Step To Life wants to give the people of Youngstown a chance to express themselves without any discrimination no matter what creed or color. Together we can make a change!
